This is a robust driver. Quite heavy with large bits. The tip pivots to five positions with heavy detents keeping it in place and a spring lock holding it in the straight position. Mine came with five hex bits and one Phillips, looks like it’s missing two slotted bits.

The Hallowell name came from Howard T. Hallowell, who started the Standard Pressed Steel Company in Pennsylvania in 1903. That company is still around in name, bought out by PCC Fasteners in 2003.

I forgot that I had this one too. It’s a smaller version. The writing on the handle is  a bit different. This one says “Socket Screw Key Kit.”

I found a copy of a brochure for these kits online somewhere. It’s really bad quality, mostly not even readable, but you can see some of the other kits they made.
