I don’t know much about this plane. William L. Dustin made planes from 1866-1875. This is missing everything that can be removed, including the mouth plate, which may have been a user-replacement. I found this page which states:

“Dustin is documented as having worked between 1866 and 1875. His imprint rates two stars for rarity in American Wooden Planes, Fourth Edition.”
